Among the names that raised the status of the Korean fashion industry in the global market, BLACKPINK entered the “BoF 500 Class of 2022.”
The fashion outlet introduced the quartet comprised of Jisoo, Jennie, Lisa and Rosé as:

CL then became the second K-pop idol and first female idol to enter the list in 2016, introducing her as “South Korean Force of Nature,” “Pop Culture Phenomenon” and “Queen of Hip-hop.”
Prior to BLACKPINK, BTS Jimin became a member in 2019, highlighting how the group and members made history for wearing the first men’s stage wear for a pop band created by luxury brand Dior. It is said to be the K-pop industry’s most high-profile sponsorship to date.
